工程风险管理(36学时)课程简介
《工程风险管理》课程是是工程管理及工程造价等专业的选修课之一。它是针对工程项目建设过程中策划决策、勘察设计、工程采购、工程施工及竣工验收等阶段可能出现的各种不确定因素及其可能造成损失的管理,是实现建设工程项目目标不可缺少的内容。通过学习本门课程,使员工了解熟悉工程项目建设各阶段存在的不确定性因素,并能够运用所学的知识对各种风险因素进行识别、估计、评价和处置,指导建设实践活动。
工程风险管理(36学时)主要讲授:风险基本理论知识,包括风险的定义、风险的本质、风险的分类、工程风险概述、工程风险形成机理等;工程风险主要内容,包括系统风险与非系统风险、自然风险和人为风险、工程生命期各阶段风险、工程采购方式与风险、工程主体行为风险等;工程风险管理原理,包括工程风险管理的概念、工程风险管理的发展、工程风险管理的作用、工程风险管理原则、工程风险管理目标、工程风险管理机构、工程风险管理基本过程等;工程风险分析,包括工程风险识别流程及方法、工程风险评估流程及方法;工程风险预警,包括预警的概念、预警的特点、预警的作用、预警管理、风险预警指标与警报准则、风险预警系统等;工程风险应对,包括风险应对计划、风险应对计划的编制、风险应对策略、风险分担、风险监控、工程风险管理后评价等;工程保险和担保,包括保险的定义和特征、保险的应用原则、保险的作用、工程保险概念和种类、工程保险合同、担保等;国际工程项目的风险管理,包括国际工程项目风险的特点、国际工程项目发包方的主要风险及其风险管理、国际工程项目承包方的主要风险及其风险管理等。
