王诃教授是Journal of Real Estate Research (since 1998)主编, International Real Estate Review (since 1997) 执行主编， Journal of Housing Studies (since 2006)、Journal of Real Estate Research (since 1998)主编。在不动产和金融领域出版专著和发表多篇学术论文，论文主要发表在Real Estate Economics ,Journal of Real Estate Research , Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, International Real Estate Review, Journal of Business, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis等国际期刊。王诃教授是亚洲房地产年会（the Asian Real Estate Society，AsRES）发起人之一。2008起，担任世界华人不动产年会（the Secretary-General of the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC)）秘书长。
