公司宋砚秋、李桂君、高婷等合作的论文“Knowledge Sharing and dynamic capability: A system dynamic model for innovation projects organization” 被会议录用并邀请进行报告。6月10日宋砚秋老师在“Project and Knowledge Management, a shared approach, to improve the enterprise innovation”分论坛进行主题发言。该研究揭示了项目导向的创新组织动态能力在知识共享影响下的演化过程，并建立了项目组织动态能力自动调节机制，使创新项目组织动态能力具有平衡稳定性，进而针对不同的市场情况进行了仿真模拟。通过与欧洲学者的讨论和交流，介绍了中国创新与项目管理的研究现状，并就未来可能的合作研究进行了深入的探讨。
