房地产经济学(36学时)课程简介
房地产经济学是房地产经济运行过程的理论化和系统化,以揭示和反映房地产经济运行规律为宗旨,是应用经济学的一个分支学科门类。房地产经济学是多学科的交汇,涉及的理论不仅多且复杂,可分为相互关联相互依从的三个层面:一是核心理论层如地租理论、房价理论、区位理论等;二是直接支配房地产运行的一般理论或内层理论,如房地产投资、房地产开发建设、房地产市场、房地产周期等理论;三是间接影响房地产经济运行的外延交叉理论,如外部性理论、宏观经济周期理论、泡沫经济理论、产业经济学理论、制度经济学理论等。
房地产经济学(36学时)本课程是为房地产开发与管理专业开设的一门必修课程。《房地产经济学》课程运用经济学的基础理论研究房地产市场的规律和房地产业发展规律。旨在使员工了解和掌握房地产的自然属性、经济属性和社会属性,特别是以房地产价值、价格为特征的房地产经济属性和房地产所有权、产权为特征的房地产社会属性;房地产市场以及运行规律、管理制度和调控政策;房地产业同其他产业的关系以及房地产业的发展规律。
本课程是房地产开发、经营和管理类专业的专业基础课,注重理论基础知识的介绍,全面而系统地揭示了房地产经济运行规律和房地产业发展规律。
本课程的先导课程为宏观经济学、微观经济学、国际金融、货币银行学等专业基础课。

Real Estate Economics ( 36 class hours )
Real estate economics is the theory and systematization of the process of real estate operating. Its purpose is to reveal and reflect the economic performance of real estate and it is a branch of applied economics. Real estate economics is the intersection of multidisciplinary theory and it involves numerous and complex displines. It can be divided into three levels : the first is the theory layer, such as rent theory , theory of prices , location theory ; the second is the general theory that directly analysis of the operation of real estate, such as the theory of real estate investment, development and construction of real estate, real estate market, real estate cycle, etc. ; the third is the epitaxial cross theory that indirectly affect the real estate economy and operation, such as external theory, macroeconomic cycle theory, the theory of the bubble economy, industrial economic theory , institutional economics theory.
This course (Real Estate Economics (36 hours)) is designed for the students whose major is real estate development and management. This course uses the basic theory of economics to research the law of real estate market. It is designed to enable students to understand and grasp the natural properties, economic and social properties of real estate. Especially help the students to understand the economic properties such as the value of real estate, the price of the real estate, and the social properties such as the ownership of property and real estate property. It also introduces the policies and institutions of the operation, management and regulation of real estate market. Also, it reveals the relationship between the real estate industry and other industries and the development laws of real estate.
This course is the basic course of the development, operation and management of real estate, focusing on the introduction of some basics theories. It reveals the law of the operation and development of real estate comprehensively and systematically.
The leaning of Macroeconomics , Microeconomics , International Finance, Money and Banking and other professional courses is needed before the learning of this course.
